Woody's Traction 11th Annual Charity Golf Outing Sets New Record

Woody's Traction celebrated its 11th Annual Charity Golf Outing with unprecedented success, hosting the largest event to date on [June 7th, 2024] at Currie Golf Course. With 40 registered golf teams, this year's outing marked a significant milestone in the event's history, reflecting the growing support and enthusiasm from the snowmobile community.

event was organized by a dedicated team at Woody’s Traction whose efforts ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. Currie Golf Course managed the golf course operations with exceptional professionalism, contributing to the event's overall success.

Special guests and volunteers played a crucial role in the event, including Christine Jourdain from ACSA, Devon Musselman, Karen Middendorp from MISORVA, the team from SXS BLOG, and renowned snowmobile racer Levi LaVallee, and his wife Kristen. Their participation added a unique touch to the event, drawing attention and support from various sectors.

The charity outing featured a series of activities, including a competitive golf tournament, raffles, and silent auctions, all aimed at raising funds. The collective efforts of participants, sponsors, and volunteers resulted in raising funds exceeding $20,000, furthering the mission of Woody's Traction to support the trail community and volunteers.

At this year's International Snowmobile Congress (ISC) event held in Green Bay, WI, the funds raised were distributed to the following organizations: ACSA, CCSO, ISC 2025 (PEI), MISORVA, Snowmobile Motoneige NB, and NYSSA.
